Niagara falls
It overlap of two international borders,Canada and 🆕 York. Peoples think that it is a giant waterfall but actually it is collective of three waterfalls. This three waterfalls are Horseshoe falls, American falls and Bridal veil falls. The Horseshoe fall located between Canada and United States and It is the highest fall of the "Niagara falls".
15,000 years ago, southern Ontario wsas pure ice. As the last Ice Age began to change, around 12,000 years ago, new landscapes and rivers were formed from the glaciers. When this happened, Niagara River was created and, shortly after, Niagara Falls was born.
The height of the "Niagara Falls" is 167 ft (51 m). The Niagara is originated 12,000 years ago. This is not the largest waterfall of world but it may be the fastest moving waterfall of the planet according to water volume. The Angel falls is the largest of the world. In 1853, the new york government start to built a canal and produced hydraulic power. And then in 1881 the hydroelectric power generating is built. Then from the depth if 80 ft. of falls there generated direct electricity power which help the nearest village and the mills. Today, Niagara is still the largest electricity producer in New York state, with a generating capacity of 2.4 gigawatts (million kilowatts).
