🌍🌎🌏🌐Hello everyone, here our world is fill-up by many kind of species, lizard is one of them. In the species here  exists
               "Heloderma",

 which is the world's deadliest venomous lizard. It is one kind of reptiles. This species  "Heloderma" first described in 1829 by Arend Weigmann. The original name if the species is 'Trachyderma', he changed it to "Heloderma" six months later, which means "studded skin".






It is a large slow moving reptiles. It is largely found  in the western Mexico, latitude 25 and south to north America. It is a native (nearctic) reptiles, mostly seems into the rock area. There exist many more lizards but Heloderma is the deadliest lizard of the world. It has  large grooved teeth, in it's lower jaws the venom gland is situated but in snake venom gland is located in upper jaws.





Heloderma, the only genus of the family Helodermatidae, consists of venomous lizards native to the southwestern United States, Mexico, and as far south as Guatemala. It includes five separate species, with two subspecies. Their closest living relatives are the anguid lizards.[1]

∆. Physical Description :-

   The  Mexican Beaded Lizard is one of two venomous lizards of the world. Though the beaded lizard is dangerous but it uses venom in fear to defense. The female mexican beaded lizard grow up-to 76 cm. in length and weigh 1.4 - 2 kilograms. But males are slightly larger, males can grow up-to 90 cm. and weigh is 4 kilograms.


The tail is the longest part of it's body, which is almost 50% of it's total body. The tail is the thick part. The leg is short and strong and the head of this species is flat and wide. In it's body there exist many small bead and it all surrounded by the hard scale in it's organ. Only in belly part is covered by the soft scale.


It has grooved teeth on it's jaws but in lower jaws we found the venom gland. Heloderma injects this venom when they bite. It also many colours in body when it changes into yellow colour then it turns in adult.



∆. Reproduction :-

   The breed­ing sea­son is in Feb­ru­ary and March and cop­u­la­tion lasts 30-60 min­utes. About 2 months later, fe­males lay 3-13 elon­gated eggs and bury them at a depth of about 12.5cm. The fe­male then aban­dons the eggs. In­cu­ba­tion takes about 6 months. Each hatch­ling may be up to 20 cm long.


The Mex­i­can Beaded Lizard has very few en­e­mies be­sides hu­mans, coy­otes, and some rap­to­r­ial birds. Hav­ing few nat­ural en­e­mies gives the hatch­lings a greater chance for sur­vival.






∆.Behavior :-


  The species take a self-dug in a burrow at during the day time but at the night time it so active. In day time the species came out from his burrow only for 1 hour. When came out from the burrow it seems to go very slowly and clumsily but at night time it seems to be very aggressive.


The Mex­i­can Beaded Lizard uses its venom not only to kill its prey, but also to sub­due po­ten­tial preda­tors such as hu­mans, coy­otes, and rap­tors. The lizard also gapes and hisses to fend off its en­e­mies. And it is so painful when it bite any prey or humans but it happens in rear cases.



∆. Food Habits :-

    When the species growing and turned into adult the lizard is more carnivorous. The lizard tries to catch more prey for eat. The lizard eats small mammals, reptiles, lizard, bird's eggs, frogs, insects, birds etc. It swallow everything except the eggs which is broken before eat.


  After reproduction the incubation period of female lizard is 165-215 days. The new hatch neonates are 5-6 inches in length and weigh is 40 grams. In their whole body of the every bead there subsist a small bones. It is dak in colour.
